Customers are highly recommended to bring the device to our location because it is the most pragmatic way to figure out the exact problem and repair cost thereof. Therefore, any rough and sketchy estimation of cost given over the phone corresponding to the problem communicated, will not in any case, be final or absolute. Once, the device is repaired it is customer’s responsibility to check the device at the time of receiving it back thoroughly and completely, before leaving our location. We are not responsible for any other issue. However, for the same issue customer may contact us back within 24 hours from the time of receiving.
