Returns, Exchanges and Repairs

Except as required by applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law, all sales are final and items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers may inspect and test products at the store before leaving. If a product is defective or does not conform to the terms of sale, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund. Repairs must be inspected and tested at the store upon completion. If the repair service has not been performed as agreed, we will correct the service at no additional charge, subject to applicable law.
